Multi-project contracts are good for 2 years from the sign date and within 25 miles of the Indianapolis area. Any projects past the two year mark would be subjected to a 12% fee per project. Any projects outside a 25 mile radius of Indianapolis are subjected to a small travel fee.

Here's how we make sure there aren't any issues:
We always bring 2 sets of everything. 2 cameras, 2 lots of cards, spare lenses, batteries, chargers, everything.
We use cameras that let us capture photos onto 2 different memory cards.
After editing, all photos are backed up 3x in an automatic process.
